Learning the Art of Lucid Dreaming - The 5 Gates of Dreaming [Level 2]

  • Coskewis Helston, England, TR13 0AU United Kingdom (map)

With proficiency in dreaming awareness and lucid dreaming, we will delve into the fathoms of the first five gates of dreaming, become aware of the metaphysical anatomy of dreaming, learn how to navigate within each dream, and orient ourselves within the vast landscapes and environments of the dreaming gateways.

Preparation for our dreaming exploration will involve specific practices and applications. These methods entice our attention to align with that of dreaming and prepare the dream body to have enough 'energy-attention' to embark on the undreamt realms awaiting to be dreamt into being. By reordering and deconstructing our daily routines, we can gather enough focus and free attention to redeploy in our dream practices and dreaming ventures.

Dreaming, in this context, becomes fluid, lucid, creative, and far-reaching. Ultimately, it is about how awareness becomes a vehicle to navigate the many gateways of dreaming consciousness. The gateways act as a pin-drop in our dreaming awareness to become lucid and gain another perspective within the dream. As we gain and generate more perspective, our dreaming levels change, opening us up to endless choices and freedom to change dreams at will and what we experience within them. This level of dream placidity and flexibility then becomes interchangeable with our daily world and leads us to navigate through life with a constant and accessible stream of awareness and energy generated from our ability to lucid dream.

In our journey, we will explore:

  • The Art of Silent Knowledge

  • Non-form of the Second Attention

  • Opening of the two fields of awareness

  • Orientating with Personal Power

  • Nature's Compass

  • The Preliminaries of Dreaming and Dreaming Awake

  • Navigating between the worlds with the Dreaming Body

Please note: This workshop is marked Level 2, but your participation in the Level 1 workshop is not necessary if you already have experience in lucid dreaming. This workshop will lead you into deeper exploration in dreaming and will expand upon your practice. However, it is still a requirement to attend a Recapitulation Breathwork workshop prior to attending this immersive workshop.
